Tips:
As drivers of our own career, we are expected to be on top of our goals and responsibilities. Use your 2025 Planning & Goal Setting Form or 2025 Group Balanced Scorecard as a written guide on tracking your progress. Revisit and update it every quarter.
Schedule quarterly coaching sessions. We encourage having 1-on-1 sessions with your Team Leader as needed.
This happens at year-end. Team Members shall conduct a self-assessment of their overall performance vis-à-vis the agreed goals, KPIs, and targets set during the Planning and Goal Setting phase using the BSC or Planning and Goal Setting Form.
Team Leaders must facilitate a 1-on-1 year-end Performance Appraisal discussion with their TMs focusing on their performance and developmental goals.
